About Karen

Licensed to sell real estate in Maryland since 2012, I specialize in residential sales and have successfully closed tens of millions in real estate volume.  I've represented  buyers and sellers in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Charles, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Montgomery, and Prince Georges counties, as well as, in Baltimore City.

Sellers tout my marketing strategy that ensures that their property listings are seen by the greatest number of prospective buyers and gets sold for the highest price in the least amount of time with the least amount of hassle.

Honesty and integrity are the keys to my success.  As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maryland Realtors, and the local Howard County Association of Realtors, I am proud to embody these qualities.  I am committed to providing my clients with competent guidance throughout the real estate transaction and am proud of my exceptional customer service and communications skills.

'Giving back' is important to me. In addition to monetary support to a variety of organizations, I serve on two volunteer committees within the Howard County Association of Realtors, I devote time to the Maryland Food Bank and my local church. I also take part in my Howard County neighborhood's 'Cares' group which helps neighbors in need.

I graduated from the University of Virginia (UVA) with a B.A. in Sociology.  Prior to getting licensed in Real Estate, I enjoyed a career in Human Resources Management.  Since getting my sales license, I have received additional training and have obtained a special designation as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) as well as additional education and licensing to become an Associate Broker.

As a Howard County resident for over thirty years, I am knowledgeable of the area and surrounding counties, and I am passionate about helping others make their real estate dreams come true, whether buying, selling or both!
